Im a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) passionate about delivering high-quality care to diverse patient populations. As a Cuban native, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my cultural heritage and experiences. I studied medicine at the University of Artemisa in Cuba and later earned degrees from National University College of Puerto Rico and EDP University of Puerto Rico. My background has instilled a strong work ethic and commitment to serving others. Finally, I achieved my goal of becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at St. Thomas University in Miami, where I earned my PMHNP degree. Throughout my career, I've demonstrated a commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes. As a PMHNP-BC, I've honed skills in comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, and medication management.
