Had a couple appts w/Marina as Jill was out on leave. I was struggling with some medications & had lots of questions & sometimes just needed reassurance things were going ok. Marina always answered my questions either in Show moreperson at appointments or over the phone via texting during the 8-8 hours the clinicians answer their phones…this was a life saver as the reassurance & answered questions were very much appreciated, even over the weekends when most clinics are closed. I can’t thank her enough!!
I am so fortunate to have found NOVA! The last several years I’ve been a ‘summer’ visitor. I think concierge medicine may be the right move for many of us to consider…excellent staff and top notch providers that requested my recoShow morerds from home so they could coordinate. I am simply a known person when I come here and cared for in a loving way. I recommend NOVA highly!

Marina made time for me during a little emergency and treated me quickly when I needed her. She’s a fantastic doctor.
I have literally never felt so cared for from a provider as I did from Marina. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. She not only advocated for me within the 1st 5 minutes but so thoroughly listened to me.
Everyone at NOVA is incredible. They are all very friendly and very helpful. I appreciate the pt education, the great communication, and attentiveness given. I highly recommend . 10/10 to every single person I have had the pleasure of meeting!
Marina is everything I was looking for in a provider. She is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. She prepares ahead of time for your visit by reviewing your chart and asking about any previously identified issues you're having. It's not just a job to her, it is her passion to provide holistic care to the whole person.

Dr McKissack is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Her office staff is very welcoming and efficient. I feel that I will have excellent healthcare going forward with Nova! My husband an I were equally impressed.

Marina is very calm doctor and takes the time to talk to with the patient to see any changes or any worries about any new symptoms or something wrong with the patient, she’s very good doctor.

Marina is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She takes her time with me and offers helpful tips and recipes to keep me healthy.

Marina is easy to talk to and listens, giving me time to relay all my concerns. She investigates them thoroughly and helps me come up with a plan.
First onboarding consultation. In depth review of health history and goals. Marina took the time to not only get a clear picture of my past health, but discussed and gave recommendations on how to improve going forward the next 6mo. Typical healthcare and providers have driven patients to become “just another number”. Marina is trying to change that and provide patients with a more traditional and forward focused alternative. Bravo.
