I was having an issue with constantly going when I got out of my car, it was like a waterfall. I went to Dr. Sprock thinking it was a dropped bladder. After several different tests, it turned out it with a nerve going to my blaShow moredder. I had a Interstim procedure and it corrected my problem. It was the best thing I did. I would recommend it to anyone having issues. Thank you Dr. Sprock.
Dr Sprock has a very friendly and kind manner. She is thorough in understanding what the patient is experiencing and does a complete exam before she offers different approaches to the problem. Since I went early, I was able to see the doctor early. It was great seeing everyone. They are like family.
The best possible care you could get from the reception and from the doctor- Competent people working and willing to assist you and Dr Marja Sprock is amazing and knows her field probably better than anyone in this area- I recommend her highly😊
Wait between patients is too long. Either space appointments for their part or take less appointments a day. Twice now I've had to wait well over an hour to see the doctor when I had an appointment.

Every visit is more than 1 hour+ after arriving early for appointment time. No more summary printouts at end of appointment, Apple Pay NOT accepted, yet Google Pay IS! Office staff very nice, rooms clean, Dr. Sprock knowledgable and friendly.

Dr. Sprock took her time with me. I did not feel that she was rushing her time with me even though she was running behind an hour. She was direct and to the point.

Dr Sprock is always willing to answer any question, takes time to make sure I understand my options and listens to what I have to say. I feel Dr. Sprock is my partner in making the best healthcare decisions for me.
Of the many visits I’ve had, wait times can be short or prolonged. I would prefer to wait longer in the waiting room than half naked in the exam room for an hour. Doctor is great. But not so with trying to communicate with the billing department which she has outsourced.
Dr Sprock is awesome, really cares and listens and offers solutions to issues.
