Staff was very friendly and very compassionate. Dr Sprock took my daughter in as a new patient immediately after reviewing a month long battle of hospital visits, procedures and multiple Dr. appts. We came in not knowing what to eShow morexpect and we came out of the office with an actual care plan and a way to figure out what's going on and how to fix it. We are so happy with Dr. Sprock, she's understanding, knowledgeable and gets right to the point of the problem.
Dr. Sprock is amazing She is thorough in her assessment and preventative care measures. Explains and educates on treatment process to ensure as the patient I have complete understanding of the treatment and expected outcomes. Of the many visits I’ve had, wait times can be short or prolonged. I would prefer to wait longer in the waiting room than half naked in the exam room for an hour. Doctor is great. But not so with trying to communicate with the billing department which she has outsourced.
Dr Sprock is awesome, really cares and listens and offers solutions to issues.
Love Dr. Sprock - always willing to spend time talking with me about my medical concern of the moment. Knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping her patients.

The phone service needs work. I have called several times and and stayed on hold for several minutes. The option to have a call back doesn't exist. Even though I was first in line and told I was guaranteed a call back never happened. Dr. Sprock is wonderful and a caring physician.
