My visits with the doctor are always very professional and very informative. I did however have issue when I showed up and was told I could not use my debit card to pay my co-pay. I was told that I needed to go get cash or if I waShow morented to cancel or reschedule my appointment for today I would be charged $50 which I thought was unfair since I was not notified of this change. All that needed to happen was a simple text to inform me and I would’ve been prepared however, I never received that.
Dr Sprock is extremely knowledgeable, and am I delighted to be a patient with her. In 2024 I went thru my PCP, 3 GYNs, 1 Gastro including 84 antibiotics and over 50 Diflucan's. Nothing was working for all these "UTIs"Show more. All along my problem has been IC/BPS. All this while going thru hurricanes w/Helene and Milton. I was hurting! My first office visit was in Dec 2024 and within 1 bladder instillation I was 95% better. Doctor will fill you in with details specifically targeted with you in mind.

Dr. Sprock is thorough and takes the time to listen to you and takes into consideration your overall health and lifestyle before determining the best path forward. She puts a lot of thought into every step of the process before making a suggestion to best help each patient. I have found that some appointments may run behind but when it’s you that is making her schedule run behind, you are so thankful. I am willing to be patient for excellent service.

Was called to come in early and I tried to call back to confirm, but I was on hold for 15 minutes then I got a busy sound and it hung up on me. Get there and they are understaffed and I date in the waiting room for two hours even after my original appointment time. Was there a total of 3 and 1/2 hours. Ruined my whole morning.
Dr. Sprock is friendly, down to earth, and very knowledgeable! She took time to explain what was going on with my body, and the options I had for treatment. I look forward to improving my quality of life with treatment by Dr. Sprock.
The front office personnel were welcoming and smiling, which is always nice and the doctor was knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns a very enjoyable gynecological visit

I visited Dr. Spock this today, but forgot to request prescriptions. I called the Office, and the Staff took my request immediately.
The entire staff is very pleasant, kind and helpful . Dr. Sprock is very intelligent and thorough in her efforts to get you back to your best possible health .
Doctor listened to me talk and didn’t rush the visit. Understood my self advocacy and was willing to be a partner to me in my own health but ultimately respects the patient and their point of view on things is some of the takeaway I took from my appointment. Dr. Sprock is absolutely the best, when it comes to females and urology issues. She takes her time with the patient, I never feel rush, sometimes the waiting time could be long, but it worth the wait

Dr Sprock supported me in my decision to elect for a pessary. She selected the size of the pessary which was perfect for me. Dr Sprock gave me information in using & caring for the pessary. I am very pleased & satisfied with Dr Sprock.
Dr. Sprock is an exceptional doctor. Not only is she very knowledgeable in her specialty she listens and shows compassion for her patients. I have great confidence in her ability to diagnose and treat my female issues. Personally I feel very comfortable with Dr. Sprock and the practice staff. Waiting time can be long at times, but in my opinion, Dr. Sprock is well worth the wait!
I can't imagine how my experience in an uro/gynecologist office could be more comfortable. Dr. Sprocket and her staff are so nice. She explains things well, is encouraging and makes you smile .

Very informative
In office experience was perfect. However, since I returned home, I have tried repeatedly to phone the office to ask if a prescription was called in to CVS for me. For at least an hour I have phoned to ask. Every time I have called, I got a recording saying I am first in line, BUT no one ever answered the phone. When I receive a call back, I am the so-called first in line. Still no one answers.
Easy to talk to, very thorough. Good staff too.
Since I went early, I was able to see the doctor early. It was great seeing everyone. They are like family.
