Mark is our fav family Doctor for years and he’s very professional, attentive to details and knowledgeable. Friendly stuff, short wait and great overall!
The front desk staff are very nice and helpful, and the medical assistants are also kind and attentive. The nurse practitioner is polite and does speak English, but I honestly don’t understand why he speaks so low. It was hard for me to hear him clearly, and I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. It would really help if he could speak a little louder and more clearly, especially when discussing important health information. He seems like his whispering

He’s kind and to the point. If there’s a problem he wants to find out what the issue is and will run tests if need be. I like that he doesn’t disregard my concerns.
