I’m not unfamiliar with the practice as I was there 15 years ago so I was confident I was in good hands. The practice has expanded and has new staff, appointments and furnishings in the waiting area. The waiting area is very brigShow moreht and airy. I called and asked to be put on a cancellation list for nearer term appointment than what I was able to get on first call. I’m thankful to have gotten notice of an earlier appointment and the results were provided to my referring doctor the next morning.
Just had my second injury assessment in 4 years with Dr. Klaiman (first hamstring now groin pain). His ability to diagnose the cause of my pain has been superb. He demonstrated extensive experience in targeting the source and Show moreeliminating other causes. He provided 3 different options for treatment which I appreciated. He didn’t rush through my exam and answered all of my questions. The staff is personal, professional, and efficient. Overall outstanding service.

I have been treated by Dr. Klaiman for several years for back pain related to arthritis and Spinal Stenosis. I am grateful for Dr. Klaiman's expertise and skill. My back condition has improved greatly, my pain has diminished, and the stiffness and balance issues I experienced have improved. i recommend Dr. Klaiman without reservation.

Dr. Klaiman was kind, professional, and took the time to address my concerns and questions. His punctuality was appreciated and he saw me immediately. He has excellent bedside manner. The receptionist, on the other hand, seemed a bit overwhelmed and distracted. All in all, a very good experience.

Dr. Klaiman was very professional, but nice, too. I had no concerns at all about what he was doing and he let me know what to expect at each phase of the testing. I would be happy to see him again if I need a neurological exam.

My EMG was nothing to be afraid of--practically painless. Dr. Klaiman was very communicative in what I was to expect during every part of the procedure.

Always listens very helpful
The two assistants were professional and pleasant and performed their part of the procedures competently. Dr. Klaiman had a great "bedside manner" and clearly explained recommended post-procedure protocols.
Dr. Klaiman meets all criteria of a top-notch specialty physician. Besides his obvious competence, he is kind, listens carefully and alleviates natural anxiety by communicating with his patient.

Dr Klaiman was with my Wife, my PT , and me to come to decision whether or not I needed an operation as PT was not going to solve the issue. Dr. Klaiman led an discussion of the 2 alternatives that led to a conclusion I had previously not wanted. But Dr. Klaimans calm logic led me to a change. An excellent meeting with the correct decision.
