I’m not unfamiliar with the practice as I was there 15 years ago so I was confident I was in good hands. The practice has expanded and has new staff, appointments and furnishings in the waiting area. The waiting area is very brigShow moreht and airy. I called and asked to be put on a cancellation list for nearer term appointment than what I was able to get on first call. I’m thankful to have gotten notice of an earlier appointment and the results were provided to my referring doctor the next morning.
I was very pleased with my experience at this office from the time I checked in until I left. The staff was very pleasant and my wait was short. Dr. Klaiman kept me informed about every step and kept checking on me as I recovered.Show more I was also very pleased with his assistant Kyle. He was very knowledgeable about the procedure and was great on checking on me and helping me recover the numbness in my leg enough so I could stand and to leave. I very good experience!

Dr. Klaiman personally administered my EMG testing in both hands and arms. Very professional and great beside matter. Was very clear with directions and careful with warnings at possible pain points. Was seen right on time and the entire procedure only took 30 minutes. Very efficient and he said my test results would be ready in 24 hours. Amazing service In beautiful offices.

Dr. Klaiman is always thorough and helpful. When I had to cancel a foreign trip recently due to my health, I asked for a letter to give to my travel insurance company. About 3 hours later, the letter arrived in my email inbox. He runs a very efficient office.

My whole experience, from making an appointment all the way to completing my visit with Dr. Klaiman, was superb. The person who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and professional. Securing appointment in the timeframe I needed was easy. When I showed up for my appointment everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. The office itself was very clean and bright. I was seen on time. Dr. Klaiman is friendly and professional as well. I feel he conducted a very thorough exam.
