Dr. Klaiman came highly recommended by various people I know so was very pleased he fit me in early in the process to diagnose nerve issues in my lower back. Often one waits many weeks for such an appointment. With the results of Show morethe MRI now back, Dr.Klaiman today has recommended a method of treatment along with therapy. So I am pleased with the prospects of a full recovery back to my normal active life. I will suggest to anyone with my back symptoms to go with Dr. Klaiman/Point Performance.

very helpful and understanding . a good listener
Dr. Klaiman explained every facet of my procedure in simple terms, making it easy to understand. The procedure itself went smoothly and was over before I realized it.

Excellent physician! Compationate, competent and great bedside manner.I have been under his care for past several yrs. He listens to patient. Chronic pain is something that pt need to be heard. His depth of knowledge in chronic pain management is excellent. He is the best trigger points injection specialist in DMV area. I tried several different physicians but he is the best.
I found Dr. Klaiman to be empathetic (unusual for most doctors). He actually seemed to be listening to me.

Dr. Klaiman's office is super efficient. Rarely do I have to wait even 15 minutes past my scheduled time. Front desk staff is helpful. And seldom do I have to wait more than 2 weeks for an appointment.
I saw doctor Klaiman last year and had a very good experience. As soon as my back pain started, I decided that I had to see him. I am glad that I was able to get an appointment very soon and he was very professional, friendly and reassuring. I have complicated problems but I trust that he will help me. His staff was also very friendly and efficient.

Wonderful people in the office from checking in and receiving a very friendly welcome and smile, the doctor's assistant who was friendly and concerned, of course, the doctor who was more than patient, and very wise and then on to checking out. The person who checked me in saw me leaving and gave me another greeting and smile!
My experience would have been a 5 star except for a snafu in scheduling. I had a 1 PM appointment on Tuesday, March 24th and arrived early. After completing new patient information, I was escorted to an examination room. At 1:20 PM, I asked a staff member if Dr. Klaiman was delayed. She was courteous and notified the Doctor in his office. Within minutes, Dr. Klaiman appeared, introduced himself and offered an apology and reason for the delay - his Tuesday schedule begins at 1:30. Staff error.

Dr. Klaiman is an outstanding doctor. He has an excellent diagnostic, is knowlegeable and very thorough, and caring. If you are looking for a doctor in his specialty, I highly recommend him.
Everything excellent.
The office space is beautiful, and the office staff is friendly and kind. Dr. Klaiman was calm and competent, and explained everything about what we would be/were doing. During our appointment, he was also instructing a medical student, and the experience was very informative - while informing me, he was also quizzing her - and I enjoyed observing the teaching.
