I’m not unfamiliar with the practice as I was there 15 years ago so I was confident I was in good hands. The practice has expanded and has new staff, appointments and furnishings in the waiting area. The waiting area is very brigShow moreht and airy. I called and asked to be put on a cancellation list for nearer term appointment than what I was able to get on first call. I’m thankful to have gotten notice of an earlier appointment and the results were provided to my referring doctor the next morning.

Excellent doctor supported by terrific staff. Dr. Klaiman's attentiveness and genuine care for his patients set him apart. He takes the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed, even when his schedule is busy. It's clear he stays current with best practices and takes a thoughtful, thorough approach to care.
I have found Dr K runs a tight ship. Make an appointment, they see you on time. Today I had a procedure done. I arrived 15 minutes before scheduled. They logged me in. I was called back, the procedure was discussed and done and I walked out 50 minutes after arrival. It doesn’t get any better than that! Thanks, Dr K, keep getting those HIOs.

Dr Klaiman is an excellent practitioner who is very knowledgeable in neurology. He was able to support me through a series of test/treatment explaining the process and making me feel at ease! His patience shines through as we address my pain. A shout out also to his team ( Alexa whose professionalism and kindness are present at every treatment.
