The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Klaiman explained the procedure clearly and answered all my questions so that I could understand what I was about to experience. During the procedure, he talked me through each step, Show moretelling me what he was about to do before doing it. His touch was gentle, especially when it came to inserting needles into my muscles. I hardly felt a thing. I highly recommend his practice

The office space is beautiful, and the office staff is friendly and kind. Dr. Klaiman was calm and competent, and explained everything about what we would be/were doing. During our appointment, he was also instructing a medical student, and the experience was very informative - while informing me, he was also quizzing her - and I enjoyed observing the teaching.

Visit for test 1/23 was smoothly handled from start to finish. Request for copy of report promptly set up. Staff and facility top notch, with one exception: I'd like to see the lone coat pole with a large rack with hangers?

Dr. Klaiman is very thorough in his review of the details of the patient needs and does a great job of administering the appropriate steroid injections with the least discomfort I have experienced from any physician who has given me those injections.

I had a fabulous experience today. The office staff couldn’t have been nicer, and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Dr. Kaiman was very professional and explained the nerve conduction testing to me both define and during my procedure. He always made sure that I was comfortable throughout the 45- minute procedure. I can’t recommend his practice highly enough!
