I was very pleased with my experience at this office from the time I checked in until I left. The staff was very pleasant and my wait was short. Dr. Klaiman kept me informed about every step and kept checking on me as I recovered.Show more I was also very pleased with his assistant Kyle. He was very knowledgeable about the procedure and was great on checking on me and helping me recover the numbness in my leg enough so I could stand and to leave. I very good experience!
Dr Klaiman first let us know that we misunderstood that R would get botox, but kindly explained that this was still an important visit, since the last one was a televisit. he went back to his desk to check on his notes for the lasShow moret visit, returned promptly and told how what he would do next with the follow-up Botox. The next visit was schedule. we trust Dr. Klaiman. He cam highly recommended by our Primary Care doctore, who introduced R by phone.

Dr. Klaiman conducted a nerve conduction and EMG in connection with nerve pain due to nerve compression issues. I found him cold and also uninterested in answering one question my PT and I had. I would encourage him to brush up on his bedside manner. Even though he was just administering a medical test it can be done in a caring manner. And he should ask his patients if they have questions and remember that we are not there because we feel 100%. I think he did a competent job on the test.

Dr. Klaiman personally administered my EMG testing in both hands and arms. Very professional and great beside matter. Was very clear with directions and careful with warnings at possible pain points. Was seen right on time and the entire procedure only took 30 minutes. Very efficient and he said my test results would be ready in 24 hours. Amazing service In beautiful offices.

Dr. Klaiman is always thorough and helpful. When I had to cancel a foreign trip recently due to my health, I asked for a letter to give to my travel insurance company. About 3 hours later, the letter arrived in my email inbox. He runs a very efficient office.
