Dr. Kazakis is an outstanding provider. After too many years of subpar care from my previous provider, I decided (at age 58) to switch my doctor from my hometown of Concord NH to Southern NH Internal Medicine in Derry. I could notShow more be more pleased with the care I have received. I had my annual physical and for the first time in many years I finally had a thorough and comprehensive physical. It was amazing to have a provider who is proactive in her care (vs. reactive.) Dr Kazakis identified potential hereditary risks and made preventive referrals for which my previous provider never acknowledged or addressed. Traveling 30-35 minutes for my healthcare is more than worth the extra time and cost of gasoline. If you have grown tired of doctors who simply check the boxes then I highly recommend SNHIM and their dedicated health care team.

Mark Richard, MD, is a highly trained internal medicine physician at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in Derry, New Hampshire. He is board-certified in internal medicine and has more than two decades of experience. Dr. Richard joined Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in 1994.

Dr. Richard has been my Personal Physician for roughly 30-years. Over that period, he's guided me through several medical issues, including Leukemia and A-Fib and several less critical issues. He has always taken a personal interest in my well-being and has surrounded himself with a competent and friendly staff, who are tooled and schooled on how to make things run efficiently and accurately. It should be a model for anyone who is trying to do it right!
Time for my scheduled six month checkup. I spent some time reviewing what had happened since the last visit. Dr. Richard had also done his homework and was fully prepared to maximize our time. We discussed two key issues in detail and developed an important path forward. Overall, a very satisfying and productive appointment!

Dr Richard and his team were prompt in getting back to me about a prescription problem and resolved the issue quickly. I was able to get the new prescription from my pharmacy by mid-afternoon. Good traditional MD. Have been a patient for 12 or so years with Dr. Richard. Good listener and addresses my health issues competently and we have had several health challenges with various surgeries of the past few years. So it's been a little more than your run of the mill health care experience. I feel like he genuinely cares about my health and that I'm more than just a patient which is nice.
