I am a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a passion for promoting mental wellness and supporting individuals on their journey to better mental health. With a strong clinical background and advanced training in psychiatric care, I specialize in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health disorders. My approach is holistic and patient-centered, recognizing that each individual’s experience is unique. I strive to create a safe, compassionate environment where clients feel heard and understood. I emphasize collaboration and empowerment, working together to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each person’s goals and values. I have a particular interest in anxiety, depression, OCD, PMDD, and perinatal mental health. I currently offer telehealth services.
