Dr. Jackson has always been helpful and professional, and we’ve appreciated her care. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, a flu test performed by the Nurse Practitioner caused a severe nosebleed for our 3 year old due to excessive force. Dr. Jackson was apologetic, which we value, but the experience has led us to seek pediatric care elsewhere.
Staff was nice and patient, Dr. Jackson was nice and listened to my concerns.

Wonderful and attentive to your needs
Absolutely wonderful pediatrician. Gentle with the children and extremely knowledgeable. Doctor is always prompt and on time with appointments.
It doesn’t matter what reason my visit is far I’m taken care of as though I matter from check in to check out I never feel rushed I always feel heard and my needs are addressed.
The virtual appointments are very convenient when needing a prescription refill.
Dr Jackson was excellent! We took our newborn for her first visit to Dr Jackson and she took the time to make sure we were able to ask all the questions we needed and wanted to ask new parents. She was wonderful with our baby and we will absolutely be going back!
