I appreciated very much that he didn’t use big medical words that just cause a lot of anxiety cause you don’t know what they mean. Instead, his approach was personable and down to earth but professional. He used smaller words and Show moreanswered any questions I had, keeping interactions as brief as possible, while not leaving out important details. Him and his team were very helpful in making me feel comfortable and I knew he was doing everything possible in my state of emergency.
I went to urgent care yesterday for back pain and had a very positive experience. The provider was thorough, patient, and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. Dr. Garcia was courteous and informative in treating my son, my son had ear pain. Dr had the wax removed and gave him ear drops with antibiotics.

I was not given the care that I still need. I'm extremely upset and honestly, very disappointed in the health care workers throughout Riverside County. Maybe they should be paid more. More pay might get them to do their job at taking care of their patients a little more.
My mom came in to get help and she became altered and she was treated well. He sprung into action and helped her to get transferred to the hospital. She was admitted into the hospital and has been transferred to a rehab facility. We thank you and your staff for the excellent care.
