I appreciated very much that he didn’t use big medical words that just cause a lot of anxiety cause you don’t know what they mean. Instead, his approach was personable and down to earth but professional. He used smaller words and Show moreanswered any questions I had, keeping interactions as brief as possible, while not leaving out important details. Him and his team were very helpful in making me feel comfortable and I knew he was doing everything possible in my state of emergency.
I went to urgent care yesterday for back pain and had a very positive experience. The provider was thorough, patient, and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and he mShow moreade sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. His calm and professional approach really put me at ease during what was a painful situation. I truly appreciated the care and would not hesitate to return or recommend this urgent care to others.

Marlon Garcia, 5 stars was amazing and genuinely made my the frustrations I was experiencing involving my 0 star wait time and feelings regarding it bearable. I walked in at noon with about maybe 7 or 8 people in the waiting room. Over the next hour and a half as everyone that was there first had left, the room slowly filled with quite a few more people, many of them being seen before me. I have no clue why, although because of how awesome Marlon was, I'd like to think there was a good reason.
The doctor was very nice and thorough, he listened to my chest/breathing and my heart. Looked at my throat, he really paid attention and gave me respect. I've been to other urgent care offices where the doctor barely even looked at me. This doctor was wonderful, the entire staff was polite and attentive. It was a very good experience considering I felt terrible! If I ever need another urgent care, this is the one I will visit!
