I went to urgent care yesterday for back pain and had a very positive experience. The provider was thorough, patient, and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and he mShow moreade sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. His calm and professional approach really put me at ease during what was a painful situation. I truly appreciated the care and would not hesitate to return or recommend this urgent care to others.
The doctor was very nice and thorough, he listened to my chest/breathing and my heart. Looked at my throat, he really paid attention and gave me respect. I've been to other urgent care offices where the doctor barely even looShow moreked at me. This doctor was wonderful, the entire staff was polite and attentive. It was a very good experience considering I felt terrible! If I ever need another urgent care, this is the one I will visit!

Dr. Marlon Garcia is who my daughter saw and he was amazing. She’s usually uneasy around new doctors but Dr Garcia made her feel comfortable and brought out a few laughs while she was sick so as a mother I’m happy with the urgent care all the staff were nice and professional as well. We will definitely be going back if we need to be seen.

I came to Hemet, CA and had a bad cough and runny nose for over a week. I was taken in, seen, diagnosed and discharged in less than an hour and was able to pick up medications quickly to help deal with my illness

Marlon Garcia was an incredibly good doctor during my visit and it was my second time being his patient.
Amazing care and positive encouragement from Marlon!! He was very enthusiastic and positive. He joked with me about my amazing eye sight during the vision test as he was walking the hall, and gave encouraging words of affirmation during my actual visit with him. The ladies at the front desk and the nurses were equally as pleasant and welcoming. I recommend this urgent care for the way they treat patients.
