Two hours late to our visit, not apologetic, and acted as if I was an inconvenience. Would not recommend. This is not reflective of all doctors with this group, have had other very nice experiences with other practitioners.

Doctor was very knowledgable and professional. However the office misscheduled me so I had to be turned away at the door and received a new appointment at a different location. The office gave me the wrong address and I was left searching a complex for the right location. The information system had technical difficulties that caused delays mid-appointment. The office failed to send my prescription information to the pharmacy, so I had to visit 4 times before receiving my antibiotic. What should have been a very simple appointment wasted most of one day, part of a second day, and half a tank of gas.

Dr. Rakhee Ippili was great! She was smart, warm, and helpful. She was a good listener and was thorough in ordering tests for me. As I am an artist, she also has a wide knowledge of art as well, so she is very well rounded. I give her an "A+". Leslie Lew

I think she is rushing through patients and she doesn’t follow through with peoples prescriptions . Two months in a row this has happened. Very dissatisfying.

Dr. Virk Is extremely knowledgeable. And very patient what I find to be disturbing and I know it’s not the doctors but the insurance company is behind them is that they’re only allotted 15 minutes per visit for that particular visit. So, You can only go with your original issue during that appointment. It’s very frustrating and you feel unheard. This is no reflection on the doctor.
