About Mary Hale, LPC/MHSP

Welcome! I know starting therapy can be scary and often a thing we find ourselves putting off, but I am here to accompany you on your individualized path to healing. I have been practicing therapy for nearly 5 years now, in a variety of backgrounds, with adults, teenagers, and children. I spent time working with the mobile crisis team in acute psychiatric settings, while also sitting with people in individual and group therapy. I believe that my experiences give me a unique set of tools in which to provide unbiased care to my clients, while focusing heavily on tangible coping skills and identifying targetable goals.I value the importance of person-centered care and truly meeting my clients where they are, while creating a safe space to learn and process.
