I recently took a six-week break from therapy sessions with Mary due to unforeseen family circumstances. Unfortunately, this break had a detrimental impact on my mental health, causing me to feel increasingly anxious and my anxiety levels to skyrocket. I found myself needing Mary's guidance and support more than ever, and I was pleasantly surprised when she immediately put me at ease upon our return to therapy sessions. She did it again…. That Mary is the BEST therapist EVER… I texted her because I was extremely upset and within a matter of seconds she responded back to me. Was able to calm me down and direct me in the right direction and stop me from doing something really stupid that would have ruined a great relationship with my adult daughter. Only because I wasn’t thinking straight at the moment. My daughter never met Mary but was also very thankful for Mary’s great advice to me. Sandy

Mary never ever Disappoints me. Always is caring yet will not take crap from me if I’m having a pity party. I need someone like her to set me straight and not tell me things like what I want to hear but what I need to hear. Even though it’s tough to take a times. She’s to the point because she wants me to get better.

I was able to show my bitchy side today and my therapist had no problem with that. So it was one of the BEST Therapeutic sessions I’ve had in a while. All my sessions with her are great but this one was exactly what was needed for me today.
