From the beginning, Dr. Wellington made me feel at ease. I was nervous going into the assessment, but she was calm, respectful, and genuinely listened to what I had to say. She asked thoughtful questions, and I never felt rushed or judged. What stood out to me was how she explained everything clearly — from the purpose of the assessment to the options available for care. It was the first time in a while that I felt understood by a mental health professional.
