Today was my first visit to Women Elite Care and I found the office to be very clean, up-to-date and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and had even written “Welcome” in pink on the paper covering the exam table. Dr. Ardalan iShow mores very professional and took the time to explain everything. I didn’t feel like she was rushed. She is very thorough and knowledgeable while at the same time being gentle and caring.
Dr Ardalan is very caring and kind. She explains everything so you can understand. She takes her time so you don’t feel rush. She listens patiently to all your concerns. She is very gentle with procedure. Her assistant ( student) Show moreis so kind and sweet but thorough. They both made me feel very welcome during my first visit. I will recommend Dr Ardalan to all my families and friends.
OB/GYN Dr. Maryam Ardalan of Women Elite Care, Inc. in Valencia, California, chose her life-long career path when she was only thirteen years old. Her passion for helping heal members of her community made her pursue medical training. She attended the West Azerbaijan University of Medical Sciences in Iran. During her medical externship, she began to love the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She was fascinated by how educating and treating women would help them live long and healthy lives.
Once she finished her externship, Dr. Ardalan completed four years of residency training as an OB/GYN. She graduated with honors and began working with diagnosing and treating infertile couples. Throughout the years she has participated in multiple research projects involving infertility.
Following completion of residency training in Iran, Dr. Ardalan began work in the rural areas of Northwestern Iran. She later had the opportunity to participate in an OB/GYN clinical rotation in Vienna, Austria for a year.
After finishing her rotation in Austria, she immigrated to the United States with her family. Her love and dedication to Obstetrics and Gynecology gave her the drive to successfully complete the Medical Board examinations and re-enter four years of residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Upon completion, she started a position at the University of San Francisco as an assistant professor in the department of OB/GYN for two years where she was tasked with instructing medical students and residents. Dr. Ardalan moved to Valencia, California, shortly after and has been working in the area since 2009.
Dr. Ardalan’s mission is to provide quality medical care in a professional, supportive, and loving environment.
She is a member of numerous medical societies including AMA (American Medical Association), ACOG (American Academy of Obstetrics and Gynecology), and AAGL (American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists).

Great Office great OB Dr.Maryam Ardalan i had the best experience during my pregnancy and delivery the Nurses was always smiling and so helpful with everything always making sure i am ok thank you giving me a better and relax, pregnancy
I cannot recommend Dr. Ardalan highly enough. From the very first appointment through delivery, I felt completely supported, heard, and cared for. Dr. Ardalan combines exceptional medical expertise with genuine kindness and compassion, which made such a difference during my pregnancy.
The office is new and clean. The staff is friendly. Office Parking is easy. I did wish the doctor was a bit more friendly/personal and wanting to discuss my history prior to the exam. The exam was painful and she was aware of that and took steps, but was a bit shocked. While uncomfortable in the past, never had pain before in any exam with any other doctor, nor mild bleeding afterwards. If she had talked to me first, it may have been helpful to know I have not had children and other conditions. Yet the subsequent biopsy was painless and felt safe during the process. Thr report came by phone call and wa I. Time friendly and informative. Originally I , was looking for a more personal and inquiry touch. The personal came with subsequent visits. Her medical background appears to be thorough and the experience is helpful. She was recommended by a friend.

She is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and she makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. Her medical knowledge and clinical skills are outstanding, and she explains everything clearly and thoughtfully. I highly recommend Dr. Ardalan. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such compassion, and I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received from her and her team.

Staff in front office is great and welcoming, also very understanding with scheduling and working with you to make sure there is availability. A very comfortable environment and Dr. Ardalan was amazing. She’s very thorough and made everything very clear. She also made me feel completely comfortable. I’d highly recommend this clinic for new patients.

I was a bit intimidated by the offering of cosmetic services at a women’s health clinic at first. If you feel the same way, don’t let this dissuade you from going in! Working with the staff and Dr. Ardalan will make you feel seen and heard. My experience was that staff were efficient and friendly! Ashley and Olivia were both warm and professional. Dr. Ardalan was thorough and fast, always checking in with me and not making me feel rushed. She, too, was compassionate and warm—which is so crucial in an OBGYN office.

Dr Maryam Ardalan is the best!
2 stars because front office staff is very nice. However, the doctors scheduling is terrible. My first appt I sat in a room for 40 minutes before being told the doctor had to leave to deliver a baby. Fine - annoying but I get it. I came back later that day and waited another 40 minutes for a PA to do my pap (when my appt was with Dr. Ardalan). It took 5 minutes. Came back for my third appt to discuss perimenopause symptoms, waited 30 minutes and Dr Ardalan wanted to do another pap because the last one was with a PA (which was not who I made the appt with). I declined. We talked for a few minutes about symptoms and she ordered blood tests. I came back for my last appt to go over test results. After 45 minutes in a room, I asked for my copay back and left. They messaged me asking if I wanted to schedule a call to go over my results. I agreed and scheduled for 12:30. I got 3 calls at 12 while I was working (one of which was asking for a co-pay which they ended up waiving. Finally got my results. I really wanted to like this place. Woman run, pretty office, nice front staff. But the lack of communication, constantly running behind and push for additional services, was so disappointing
I did my search before I went to Dr. Ardalan and I’m so happy I ended up going to her office, the staff is so friendly and organized, the office is clean and she’s amazing and very thorough! My c section went very smoothly and I recovered well after the surgery! I would highly recommend Dr. Ardalan
