Maryl Smith, APRN

Maryl Smith is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who graduated with honors in 2015. Prior to obtaining her nurse practitioner degree, Mrs. Smith worked in mental health from 2011 as a RN with a bachelor’s in nursing. Throughout her career, she has navigated diverse mental health settings including inpatient settings, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, ER telehealth crisis assessments, chemical dependency and residential substance use, community health, and in traditional outpatient offices. Mrs. Smith has a keen interest in mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, chemical dependency, and with persons experiencing traumatic events, PTSD, and Acute Stress disorder in a trauma informed manner for which she has honed her skills to provide holistic support.
