Dr Bagan is wonderful, however the staff consistently seems to have a sharp edge. Not quite sure if they are unhappy or over tired but their attitudes and demeanors are not acceptable of those in the helping profession. I have witnessed demanding, kurt, and argumentative behavior, not just with myself, but also to others. Every time I speak to someone on the phone or in person, I feel as though I am walking on eggshells. At times the attitudes are outright demanding and condescending.
Caring, thorough and listens. I could not be happier with Dr. Bagan's treatment recommendations.

After having dealt with other local Doctors, this is not only a breath of fresh air but the amount of information I received is amazing… Dr Bagan is a wealth of help and immediately helped me out!
