I'm very disappointed in the billing system: For literally 'years' now, I have received billing stmts that show severely ' back-dated services, without the payments that I have made for those services! I'm by no way's an accountanShow moret, but I can understand basic accounting balancing. Sometimes, it takes literally months, if not years for some service dates to show on my statements, while other statements will show, such as my most recent stmt. with an urgent 'verbal' demand for payment of several hundred dollars, which I had never received, post haste! I have always paid my bills and kept my account with your office current, and I would suggest that something's wrong and perhaps your accounting system may, at the very least, require a review! Otherwise, the medical services I receive from Dr. Daka and his staff has been great and I appreciate it! Thank-you, Jurlean Avery

Matthew A. Daka, MD, FACC, FSCAI, is an experienced cardiologist at Ferncreek Cardiology, PA, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Dr. Daka is board-certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular diseases, nuclear cardiology, and internal medicine.
Dr. Daka completed his residency training in internal medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the Best Graduating Resident in internal medicine, and he went on to serve as Chief Medical Resident of the internal medicine residency program.
Dr. Daka went on to pursue his fellowship training in cardiovascular diseases at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons/St Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center in Manhattan, New York. While there, he also performed subspecialty fellowship training in interventional cardiology.

His training and skills include the full spectrum of coronary interventions, peripheral vascular interventions, general consultative cardiology, nuclear cardiology, and echocardiography.
Dr. Daka is one of the pioneers of trans-radial cardiac catheterization and coronary interventions at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. This method drastically reduces vascular complications and shortens patient recovery time following cardiac catheterization and coronary interventions.

The test I had was a heart monitor to check electrical impulses and other issues I may have had with my heart. The machine they put on was very easy to use but would leave a small rash in the area where I had to wear it, even had to add a small piece of medical tape to strip to keep it from falling off at night, other than that, had no problems with it.
I was taken back quickly and received an accurate diagnosis based on my symptoms.
