This was my first car visit and so I was unclear on where to park. The front desk told me which side to park on but I did not understand that I was supposed to park right next to the building instead of in the parking lot. BecauseShow more of this I wasn’t seen for over an hour, but they were apologetic. This might have been my fault but maybe the desk could be more clear! Dr Smith is very helpful and he cares about your kids. I appreciate his calm and relaxed attitude.

Our first visit with Matthew was a wonderful experience. He was warm and welcoming. Our family felt comfortable and supported. Not your typical Dr. in the BEST way possible! Matthew Smith is a wonderful doctor and individual! Since day one of our little girl’s life he has made sure we are seen in a timely manner, met us with compassion and expertise! I can say I am beyond grateful he is our pediatrician!! Looking forward to our next visit!
This was our first visit with Dr. Smith. I really liked how he took the time to talk to my son and I. My son is 12 and he felt comfortable with Dr. Smith and said he was really nice.
We’ve had a great experience thus far. However, the last visit didn’t sit well. My son was there for his vaccine catch up. He is 3 years old & Dr Smith informed us that he had one shot left which was the MMRV. I asked questions because I was hesitant to proceed. He reassured me & went on to give him the shot. After researching, the CDC does not recommend the combined MMRV prior to 4 years old. Dr Smith didn’t mention or explain any of this which would’ve been appreciated and saved me tears.
We truly love the care that Dr. Matt Smith provides! Clean office, friendly staff, couldn’t ask for better!

Best pediatrician in Central Florida. Is amazing with my 2 year old son and very responsive. I wish the phone hold times weren't so long but I also understand he is in high demand. Also wish there was a patient portal to be able to send messages or download records but maybe that is something for the future.
