Mattie-Kay is so easy to talk to and she lets you talk about what you think is important in that moment but also guides you towards things that you can do to help you even more.
I really connect with Mattie-Kay and felt comfortable talking with her and look forward to working with her.
Mattie-Kay is very caring and kind. I have had many therapist before, but none that ever seemed to take me by the hand and guide me like she does. I feel no session is wasted time, where in previous experiences I would avoid talking about the things that were uncomfortable, Mattie-Kay has a way to make me feel comfortable and safe to address those issues head on. I have only had a few sessions with her, but I feel like she is very driven and genuinely wants to see progress.
Mattie-Kay has been a Godsend for me! I can't put into words how much she has helped me. She helped me understand myself, that's it's okay to have felt the way I felt in the past but to learn from that & move on - she "unstuck" me! She helped me realize I don't have to keep myself in jail anymore for all those negative feelings from the past, I've learned from them & it's time to let them go! And she taught me so much more that I can't begin to explain! She has a beautiful heart & a lovely soul!

I had never used telehealth and was not sure what to expect especially for a therapist. I was very pleased with the results and the fact that I did not have to leave even leave my house.
Mattie-Kay is helping me so much. She is providing me with resources, feedback, support tools, etc., in order to learn, understand & live with my disorder. Prior to my therapy with her, I was very lost, I did not understand how much my disorder affected my life, I saw everything through my lens & my perspective only. Mattie-Kay has greatly helped me see myself & my disorder in other ways which has given me hope for the future.
I love Mattie-Kay! She is helping me a lot! I really want to continue with her!
