I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas and am supervised by Maureena Benavides, M.A., CCTP, LPC-S. I am Bilingual in English and Spanish and work with individuals to improve mental wellness. I want to support the journey of change by fostering a safe and honest environment. My approach incorporates approaches and techniques of Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, Adlerian, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I hope to create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and perspectives. I believe all individuals can accomplish personal growth through self-empowerment, as we are all deserving to have the opportunity to live healthy lives.
