Megan Earnesty

Megan Earnesty, PA-C, is a psychiatric physician associate at Sage Psychiatric Professionals providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care through telepsychiatry across Georgia. She earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercer University in Atlanta. Megan has extensive experience in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and caring for a range of mental health concerns. Her training also included exposure to treatments for treatment-resistant depression, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and intranasal ketamine. Megan enjoys helping patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood symptoms, and other psychiatric concerns. She values listening carefully, explaining treatment options clearly, and partnering with patients through shared decision-making. Her goal is to help each patient feel heard, understood, and supported through individualized mental health care.
