Megan Fino

Megan Fino, RCSWI, is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern who works with young adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, Bipolar II Disorder, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and everyday stress. Her approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Geek Therapy to make treatment practical, individualized, and relevant to each client. Megan also has training in trauma-informed care, CBT. She works collaboratively with clients to understand patterns, build on existing strengths, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy session.
