I've had a lot of needles in my life. Dr Mackenzie was a ghost, but more of the Casper persuasion. She appeared, light conversation and laughter. She had a shadow. Invited me to lie on her table, counted to three and then hit me wShow moreith two needles simultaneously with absolute perfection. Then she floated out of the room. I've never experienced anything like it. In the room and out in less than 10 minutes. I'm still waiting to see if she is real. But never fear, I'm sure I can catch her again.

Megan Mackenzie, DO, is a board-certified neurologist at the Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), providing comprehensive neurology care to adults at the Centerville office. DCND also staffs offices in Beavercreek, Springfield, Eaton, Wilmington, Hillsboro, and Vandalia, Ohio.
Dr. Mackenzie began her education at Michigan State University in East Lansing, earning her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology. After graduation, she remained in East Lansing, enrolling at the Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine, obtaining her Doctor of Osteopathy.
She completed residency training at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio.
Dr. Mackenzie treats various neurological disorders such as dementia/Alzheimer's, movement disorders and seizures. She has a special interest in finding relief for people who suffer from headaches and pregnancy-related neurologic issues. She also specializes in using botulinum toxin to manage migraines.
Dr. Mackenzie is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Osteopathic Association. She is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.
When she isn’t meeting with patients or developing personalized treatment plans, Dr. Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She’s also an athlete who enjoys playing tennis.

She is the best st what she does and it doesn't hurt
Office staff got me in for appointment as I arrived. They were on time, efficient and very friendly. The doctor answered all the concerns that I had about my headaches and I feel overall it was very good experience highly recommend to my friends.

I saw Dr Mackenzie for botox injections. This is my fourth round but I have had these injections previously by a different neurologist years ago. As a long time chronic migraine sufferer, I have a very high tolerance for pain. Afterall, I have been suffering with daily migraines for decades. The first round with DCND was painful. The second round was great. The third round was a complete joke. This time was a dream! Dr Mackenzie was so quick and painfree. Keep in mind that I get these shots all over my face, jaw, eyebrows, hairline, several places on both sides of my head, down the back of my head, both sides of my neck and several places down my shoulders into the top of my back. Lots of injections! I always dreaded these appointments but if I can schedule with Dr Mackenzie, no problem!
The doctor was warm and friendly. Knowledgeable of her practice. I felt comfortable in the office. My injection was quick and not as bad I had imagined
