Megan McGowan, MD

Dr. McGowan serves as the Medical Director of Crown Concierge Medicine, bringing extensive training, clinical expertise, and a passion for patient-centered healthcare to families throughout Princeton, North Carolina, and the surrounding communities of eastern North Carolina.

A North Carolina native, Dr. McGowan grew up in the Piedmont Triad region and has dedicated her medical career to serving patients across the state. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the prestigious Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and compassionate patient care.

Following medical school, Dr. McGowan completed her residency training in Pediatrics at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She then pursued advanced fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, further expanding her expertise in the care of infants, children, and families. She is board certified in General Pediatrics and board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.

As Medical Director of Crown Concierge Medicine, Dr. McGowan is committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence while supporting a healthcare model focused on accessibility, prevention, and personalized care. Her leadership helps ensure that patients receive comprehensive, high-quality medical services tailored to their individual needs and long-term wellness goals.
