SFP is just what I have been looking for, a dedicated, knowledgeable and competent PCP. Dr. slack provides exceptional, personalized care with close monitoring of key health indicators like blood pressure, cholesterol, and A1C. Her professionalism and responsiveness have given me great confidence in my ongoing health management. I can call or text any time and get an appointment same day. No more urgent care or random doctor at Medstar. No 6 month wait for physical. Thank you for providing this service.

Wow! I had a chronic issue that needs attention from time to time. It flared up and I called Tuesday afternoon to schedule an appointment, and she scheduled an appointment for 11:00am the next day. It would have taken weeks at my last provider. Very happy with the level of care and attention.

This was my first day visiting Slack Family Practice. The atmosphere there is very welcoming and Dr. Slack and her staff were very attentive and easy to talk to. Throughout the whole process of discussing my health background and walking through my physical, I did not feel rushed at all, and Dr. Slack was very accommodating addressing my concerns. Overall it just seemed like a much more organic model for healthcare, and such a breath of fresh air!

My first visit to the office was great. The nicely decorated office is easy to find with parking right out front. There was no "wait time" to be seen. I did not feel rushed during the visit.
