Through clinical work and research in diet and nutrition, I've seen how personalized coaching transforms lives. In my primary care diabetes clinic, I helped patients reverse their condition through lifestyle interventions, allowing many to reduce or eliminate medications while dramatically improving their quality of life. My Background My background in geriatrics taught me the importance of dignity, independence, and patient-centered goals. I specialized in coordinating acute care in patients' homes, keeping elderly individuals out of hospitals and in their homes.
