After noticing the office as I drove past, I ventured in on an open house. Every staff member has been welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Melissa Chinn cares deeply about the people who come through her doors. She put me riShow moreght at ease. Whether it is a specifically “female” medical issue or something like cracked, painful heels, she treats the whole person. New technology makes muscle strength for abs, back pain, core and pelvic floor as easy as sitting or lying down. I’m very happy with the progress on my inner strength. It is well worth doing. Family members have gone for metabolic weight loss (Best in County for a reason!) and for skin issues. I learned about the laser treatment which will resolve my painful, cracked heels. I’m in! This was my second appointment with Dr Chinn and it was great. My appointment was to go over lab work. Dr Chinn took the time to explain everything to me regarding my results. She made all the information easy to understand.
I know I am absolutely getting the best care when walking into Chinn Gyn. The staff are all wonderful, helpful and truly love their patients. I appreciate Dr. Chinn being a big picture kind of person and helping me find triggers for my autoimmune issues instead of looking for a quick fix (like most doctors I've seen in the past). I've never had anyone explain blood work so thoroughly and couldn't be more grateful.
Dr. Chinn was so thorough and explained so many things to me! She addressed all of my concerns and came up with a plan of action. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr Chinn and her staff have saved my life. I have several friends that had been to her clinic before me but still felt "What if they can't help me?" Last year in June of 2023 I finally made the leap and had my appointment. I just had my year check-in and my fasting labs look amazing! I am completely off of my blood pressure med also! I am down 110 pounds, from a 26 to a 12/14. I had been overweight my whole life. If you are on the fence about an appointment, DO IT, you will not regret it!

Dr Chinn is a problem-solving whiz who thinks outside of the box. She makes it easy and comfortable to talk about any issue; she is an outstanding listener and a caring doctor. Dr Chinn is the best doctor I've ever worked with...I see her both as OBGYN and my PCP... she truly listens, hears me and sees me-- provides ideas for treatment options ...she explains things in a way I understand, is willing to take the time to do so & answers all my questions. I went to this clinic to ask about a procedure. The staff member I spoke with was very knowledgeable and courteous. She recommended that I make an appointment with Dr. Chinn to ensure the best option for me. As there had been a missed appointment, Dr. Chinn was able to see me shortly afterward. She was personable, thorough, and easy to talk to. I was overall impressed with this clinic and glad that I pursued getting help there.
