She made good suggestions for me to follow through on, and Show moreexplained why I cannot take a certain medicine that I had been on for a while. Melissa is a great listener and prescribes based on best practices and patient input. Grateful for her service!
I cannot say enough positive things about Melissa. She always makes time for her patients, never rushing appointments and ensuring that every question is fully answered. No concern is ever dismissed—she listens carefully and responds thoughtfully, making you feel heard and understood. Her treatment plans are very personalized rather than one size fits all. She truly cares about the whole person beyond psychiatric matters, and considers overall well-being, lifestyle, and long term health.
Melissa’s genuine kindness as a person was apparent from the beginning of our first meeting. She thoroughly touched on my history with professionalism and evident psychiatric experience which felt reassuring. I look forward to being in her care!
Enjoyed my first telehealth visit with Melissa but concerned about being able to go in person since I have climb three flights of steps and no elevator in the building. Why can't they be in a more amicable place. Looking for alternative
