I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who specializes in working with children, teens & young adults. In order to find the courage to change, I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment which creates trust, compassion, and understanding. This caring environment encourages the development of new positive coping skills, insight, and self-awareness, all needed to make the necessary changes to live a happy and healthy life. I use a variety of tools and techniques from Art, Play, & Child-Centered Therapy to an Eclectic approach, as therapy is uniquely tailored for each individual client. In addition, I have 20+ years of experience working as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to IEP's and 504 Plans. I have excellent rapport with school staff members and will work as a liaison if granted permission to do so. I also love working with teens as they navigate their high school yrs and plan their futures!
