This was my first time seeing Meranda and she was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable, thorough, caring, skilled, and personable. She's very professional and projects clinical confidence and she very quickly earned my trusShow moret and respect. Her bedside manner is very reassuring. She speaks in a very reassuring tone and manner and told me everything she was doing during her very thorough whole body examination and subsequent biopsy procedures, during which she constantly asked me questions to learn about me and my medical history and any concerns I might have, and to make sure I was comfortable. I'm very glad I found her and I'm looking forward to seeing her again in 6 months. I highly recommend her!
I had an ongoing problem with body itch since I left the hospital in late January 2026 for treatment of cellulitis. Visits to an Internist and a Gasterologist only gave me partial relief. I have been using it for almost 2 weeks and my itch is almost gone. Thank You.
Meranda Mayer, MS, PA-C, is a Certified Physician Associate dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. Her passion for dermatology developed during her studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where she focused on cell biology and neuroscience. She continued her education at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, earning a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and gaining substantial experience in dermatology and various surgical specialties. After graduation, Meranda began her career at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, where she was part of the surgical subspecialties team and received training in plastic reconstructive surgery. She has since applied this specialized knowledge to dermatology, becoming a valuable asset to Dermatology Associates of Central NJ.

Meranda has a very sunny disposition. She successfully removed multiple seborrheic keratosis spots, some that were large and raised, with little to no evidence they had existed. She detected pre-cancerous spots and took steps to ensure all suspicious cells were removed. Will definitely return to Meranda for future care.

We talked about all my concerns, We talked about the dryness of my face and she gave me some recommendations and some samples that I’m excited to start using I am very happy with Miranda and the practice. We walked in sat down and they were calling my name there wasn’t no way I had a 3 o’clock appointment and went in at 3:01 so yes I would definitely recommend In Miranda was wonderful

I had a mole removed by the dermatologist, and the entire experience was excellent. The doctor was kind, attentive, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff was also friendly and professional. I truly appreciated the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist.
