Love them for getting me as close to normal as possible
Office is hot and in a dilapidated state. Stuck in early 1980s. Receptionist is often arrogant and rude. Mercy is still unaware of the process for completing TEBRA reports. She does not seem to listen or understand. She will begin by asking about your meds. You can respond and she will ask how are you feeling. She seems to zone out. Then she again ask how your meds are. In fact she added a med to my prescription treatment plan and dud not submit the new subscription (3 months ago). Spaces Out
Dr. Mercy is professional and answers all my questions. She cares about my well being!
She is always patient and kind. I also appreciate the time she takes to ask me questions about how do I feel is there concerns I have and she's very sincere.
Dr Mercy is always kind, thoughtful,& always good at listening to you. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She makes you feel comfortable talking to her.

I really enjoy my time with Mercy she’s so easy to talk to she listens and she doesn’t judge I feel like I can talk to her about anything she doesn’t just rush me in and out I really appreciate her.
