Got to tell you, I was nervous! I had my first of three procedures today. Now, knowing what to expect, I will be much more relaxed next. Comparable to a mild dental procedure witn a little novocaine jab. They have an Alex music Show morethingy. The sonogram guy (sorry I forgot his name) ask me what music I would like. The young lady did a great job taming my nerves. Last but not least, Dr. Cahn, so personable! Talked about his kids and life in general, while concentrating on my procedure. Thanksš
Dr. Chan has set my mind at ease to the degree I now have a skip in my step lacking for a very long time. His "bedside manner" is fantastic. He listened to me. He explained things to me...especially what was going on wiShow moreth my veins. It wasn't "old age" as I had heard so many times before. He gave me a diagnosis -- even showed me the signs on the ultrasound screen and demonstrated the situation by depressing a highlighted vein. And now to implement the treatment plan.

As of today, I will be 60% done with my vein treatments! Dr. Cahn and his wonderful staff have thoroughly explained every step and what was needed to prepare for each and what to do after each session. All staff were so caring, friendly and took good care of me as a new patient! They all introduced themselves and explained everything about each step of my exam. Dr. Kahn was very caring, warm and thorough with a great sense of humor. He explained each step of the exam and outlined the next step for treatment. Definitely would recommend him and his office.
Appointment was on time, staff was very helpful. Dr. Cahn took the time to explain ultrasound results and explained treatment plan. Very satisfied.

This visit was merely to discuss the upcoming treatment. Both Dr. Cahn and staff did their usual great job explaining the treatment, products I needed, so I feel very prepared!

Satisfied with initial visit, would liked to have had ultrasound mapping procedure done same day in order to have begun plan of treatment right away rather than having to wait for follow up visit in a couple of weeks.
