Does life feel so overwhelming that you only hope to make it through the day? For many our past or to do list is more in charge than more what is truly important to us. Thankfully stress and unfinished business don’t have to run our lives. On the other hand, with some work, they can even be an asset. As your therapist, my role would be to engage with you in a process where you can better understand and manage overwhelming feelings of stress. I use a combination of Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioral techniques as well as a few others as appropriate for each person.
