We were referred to Dr. Choi by our primary care for post stroke visual deficit exam for my mother. We’ve been looking for a Korean speaking doctor/staff that is close to Cerritos, but only aware of Sally I Kim which we already haShow mored a long history of bad experiences with. We’ve been going to Korea Town until now, and so glad we found Dr. Choi! He is very considerate of our challenges with traveling for my mother, and made efforts to consolidate our needs into less visits as possible. The facility is clean and well kept, the staff are all friendly and courteous. Everyone is happy and nice, which speaks volume to a great work environment and how great the doctor is as a professional and teacher to his staff who are all hardworking students.
I arrived before the appointment time, but I received treatment 20 minutes past the appointment time, and the explanation for the exact diagnosis was insufficient. Perhaps in the future, if older patients come, I think it should bShow moree a clinic that helps the community by considering how to treat them, the diagnosis results, and the psychological impact. Please do not treat customers solely for business purposes.
