Michael Gibbons, CNP

Michael received a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Northeastern University and his Nurse Practitioner certification in 2016. He served the MetroNorth and North Shore communities of Massachusetts through Eliot Community Human Services for 7 years, providing psychiatric support to clients with a wide range of conditions at various stages of treatment, from individual outpatient treatment to team-based systems and crisis stabilization. Now practicing through Virtue Psychiatry, Michael endorses the importance and healing nature of the therapeutic relationship, focusing on the innate human value and the unique qualities of each client. He has worked with late-adolescent, adult, and older clients of all backgrounds and conditions, including but not limited to trauma challenges, mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, perceptual disturbance, personality disorders, and substance use.
