I can’t recommend Dr. Grimes highly enough. I’ve seen different providers over the years, I know how rare it is to find someone who truly listens. Dr. Grimes takes my lived experience seriously and treats me as a partner in my carShow moree. He doesn’t rush to change meds just because of what they are or assume there’s only one right approach. He takes the time to understand the full picture and works with me to find what is actually best for me. That kind of trust and collaboration is invaluable.
Mike never ceases to make me feel seen, heard, appreciated and respected. He continues to show how he cares by continually learning more about his patients’ conditions. Best psych I've ever had! With Mike's support my mental health is the most stable it has ever been in my life. Because of this stability I have been able to accomplish things I thought would never be possible for me. I genuinely don't know where I would be without him. It’s nice to have a doctor that puts you as a priority and listens to your concerns and helps you to be better. Every experience is always about how I’m doing and since I’ve been going here, I’ve done nothing but get better and feel better and have been taken care of.
Grimes is awesome! He's been my doctor for 2+ years and he is the best provider I've ever had. Synchronous Health has its limitations, but Grimes is fantastic at his job. He's very caring and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

I enjoy Michael's warm energy and engaging personality. I felt comfortable asking questions about my mental health concerns and being clear on the help I was seeking.
