I was able to update my patient data online. I arrived on time. Seamless check-in. Promptly, Jen welcomed me and brought me into an eye exam room for initial eye assessments. She was efficient, very capable and pleasant. She put dShow morerops in my eyes several times, explaining what they were for each time. I remained in the same room for the drops to take effect. A few minutes later Dr. Mandese came in - always with a friendly face and warm greeting! His exam of my eyes was thorough. Eyes are healthy! (A bit of a contact lens script change - amazing what a difference in visual acuity can come from a small change.) Both Jen and Dr. Mandese explained conditions well and offered to address any questions and/or concerns. Then, on to check out and an appointment for next year. Great location. Easy parking and entry. Spacious waiting room. Clean office and facilities. Attentive and helpful staff. We need healthy eyes and clear vision; this place and team can assist in making that happen.
Each technician was exact and thorough for the testing that they were conducting. They supplied me with a wheelchair for easier access to move between rooms and had each room clean and set up in advance. All the techs worked smootShow morehly together and communicated quickly. They kept me advised of each step and told me what they were going to do, then did it. Dr. Mandese was a bit delayed to get to me, but was all smiles as he greeted me with eye contact and proceeded to review the test results. He retested something that he noticed was unusual. Dr. Mandese is very professional and highly skilled and took time to answer my questions without rushing off.

Great Service and accurate for the eyes ! Dr knows what he doing like him!
People are nice, seem well prepared. But the wait is so long between seeing different specialists. I probably was seen for a total of 15 minutes but was there for 2 hours, waiting to see the next person.
Quick and easy
Excellent we my Mother & I are very happy. Doctor is very cordial concern. Seeing my Mother for years I’m her daughter decided to go with Doctor Mándese as well would not change him for any other doctor. Cares about his patients and what’s best for them doesn’t over do thing unless is necessary. Thank You Dr Mándese

Appointment was on time without a long wait in neither the waiting room nor the office. Check out was quick as well. It’s just difficult to drive with dialated eyes when the sun is extremely & fortunate for me, my drive home was just a mile or two away!
