Dr Manning and his RN’s are the best! I went in today for their “Rush “ therapy for allergies which accelerates the immunological symptoms to known allergens. It is a whole day process, was treated so professionally and so personaShow morelly and with kindness! I was placed in a private room with a TV and Wi-Fi and checked in with blood pressure checks and symptom questions with each injection. And the injections were painless! Dr Manning is so kind and thorough and his recommendations have improved my asthma immensely. Emily was my primary RN: so kind and professional and such a skill set. ( Ashley also did some injections, and was awesome) I am a retired RN and I notice details and quality care! I will return for my follow up care and the injections to keep my allergies and asthma under control! The Gilbert office is so convenient and beautiful!
Everyone was fantastic. Zoe was great at making me feel comfortable when she brought me back and got my vitals. Linda did an excellent job explaining the skin prick test to me and helping keep me as comfortable as possible during Show morethe testing and afterwards. Dr Manning was beyond amazing! I saw him based on my late aunts recommendation and he lived up to the hype. He really took the time to explain my allergy testing results and what our next steps were. It’s rare to find a doctor who wants to collaborate with you on a treatment plan. Dr Manning really took the time to understand my symptoms and what was important to me and discussed everything with me in plain terms. I would highly recommend him!!

Michael Manning, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine as well as allergy and immunology. He provides a wide range of care to patients at Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, LTD, with two locations in Scottsdale and another in Gilbert, Arizona.
An Arizona native, Dr. Manning has very deep roots in the valley. His interest in allergy and immunology started when he was a patient in the office that he eventually joined.
He was very fortunate to start his career under the guidance of his childhood allergist and mentor, Dr. Hartley. This background gives Dr. Manning a unique insight and compassion for his
patients. Dr. Manning graduated with honors from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and pursued his internal medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix. This was followed by an allergy and immunology fellowship at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation in La Jolla, California.
Dr. Manning is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He is active on committees and leadership positions in both organizations. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine as well as the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Manning is currently a member of the Board of Regents for the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He is a past president of the Western Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
His expertise includes allergies, asthma, sinusitis, food allergies, drug allergies, angioedema and hereditary angioedema, hives, contact dermatitis, aspirin and other drug desensitization, and immune deficiencies. Dr. Manning lectures throughout the United States, oversees a cutting-edge research department within his practice, and is active in educating medical students, residents, and allergy fellows.
For many years, Dr. Manning coached his sons in various youth sports. He was active on the boards of the different little league and high school sports. He has always had a love for running and enjoys completing half and full marathons with his daughter. He and his wife are also passionate about animal rescue.

Excellent care is the default at this practice. Dr. Michael Manning is a stellar physician with decades of experience, a great depth of clinical knowledge, and a towering intellect. All of this, in addition to an excellent “bedside manner,” is a bit rare to find in the current state of medical care.
Just completed our first oral immunotherapy session and it went fantastic. Amy was wonderful and attentive and Dr. Manning came in several times throughout our session to talk to us, see how my son was doing, and answer any questions we may of had. I felt confident and comfortable at the end of our appointment.
Thank you for your professionalism, and kind nature. It’s very unusual to find a provider who actually cares.

Dr. Manning is the best! He is up and knowledgeable in all of the newest treatments and medications to help his patients. He has taken care of me and my immunodeficiency for 5 1/2 years and I can't imagine another doc taking care of me! His office staff is amazing! They are prompt, helpful, and professional. The nurses are also prompt with returning phone calls, sending in lab orders and dealing with any questions and problems one might have. This is the best practice ever!
