I was pleased with the EEG we did. The girl running it was very nice and thoughtful, and very paitent with my 5 year old. Now what upset me was, I understand having to take temps before coming in, but I arrived at 12:08 for my 1Show more2:30 appointment. Waited outside, because my child had to use the bathroom, until 12:20 when they finally opened the door. By then we had been out in the heat so our temps were of course going to be high. So we couldnt go in, we had to wait in front of the door with little breeze for another 5-10 mins. Then were told to take her to the bathroom down at the gas station and sit in the car for a bit to see if the temp would go down. We did and came back to the door at 12:45. Finally able to get get, get the child hooked up then another girl comes in to tell the girl running the EEG, that we may need to be rescheduled because the 2:30 appointment would be on time and we weren't on time. EXCUSE ME??!!!?!?!? Thankfully the girl running the EEG did not reschedule us. I think you should be meeting people in their cars to take temps to get better readings.

The receptionist said I would be called up to give my if and insurance card. 30+minutes of waiting, I went to ask how long and was told his name hadShow more not been added. After waiting a total of an hour and half, we were lead to a room and nurse said she would return shortly. I was fuming. She came back in quickly and apologized in the perfect way to end my anger. Very impressive because I hold on to the anger. Doctor Marsh apologized when he came in. Once we got in the room, the examination was thorough and quick. I left satisfied.
Michael Marsh, MD, is a neurology specialist with a focus on pediatric neurology and related conditions. He is proud to be part of the Texas Pediatric Specialties and Family Sleep Center team, and of the opportunity to work with families from the Alamo Heights, Shavano Park, and Lockhill-Selma areas of San Antonio, Texas, and the greater region.
Dr. Marsh earned a Masters degree in neuroscience at Syracuse University in New York. He went on to complete his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada. Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Marsh completed a residency in pediatric neurology at St. Louis University in Missouri, where he remained for fellowship training.
Among Dr. Marsh’s areas of interest are seizure disorders and migraines. He takes great comfort in treating pediatric patients who are suffering from these complex neurological issues, and in helping them achieve an improved daily quality of life.
Dr. Marsh recognizes the role that parents and other family members play in assisting and supporting kids with neurological issues. He takes the time to educate loved ones about the challenges their family member is facing, and on how to structure family life to be as supportive as possible to all members, not just the patient.
When he’s not working with patients, Dr. Marsh relaxes by fishing, playing soccer, and spending time with his triplet daughters. He’s a firm believer in finding a healthy work/life balance and helps his patients find their own balanced path.

We love Dr Richards and Amy Duncan. We love how they listen and actively involve our special needs child in his assessments. I love how compassionately they care & the attention to detail. We are grateful and blessed to have our child in some of the best hands!
Ms. Duncan is so professional and allows you to verbalize your childs needs. So far she has addressed every concern we have had when it comes to ny daughter. Really happy with the care she gives.

The employees are so easy and sweet with my child. Dr Duncan played with and listened to our issues and ha e worked hard trying different resolutions for the issue. I would defiantly recommend this location, employees and dr.
Absolutely awesome!! Did great with my kiddo and haven’t ever seen him so calm or even cooperative with any doctor ever. Great rapport, great energy, so glad this was finally a good experience for once and was able to walk out feeling so much better with the concerns I had prior to having our appointment. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Marsh, truly exceptional.
