She is very positive. Even her voice is calming and soothing. She is caring and nonjudgmental. She gave me hope that I still had time to enjoy my life. She was caring.
She has been very uplifting, supportive, and encouraging. I kept talking over her by mistake, and she didn't get mad. She wanted to hear what I was going through in my daily life. She made me feel accepting of my age and gave me hope that I can still have a good life. She is helping me close doors to the past so that I can step into my future. She is helping me dream of the future which I hadn't done in a very long time. My life has been just surviving each day in sadness and grief.
