Upon arriving, there was miscommunication on where patients should check-in that was because the person at the front was occupied on the phone and just pointed and said go around. No mentioning of me and not wearing a mask into tShow morehe office prior to entering the back of where Dr Reed was located and I was reprimanded for not having a mask on to help to prevent any unwarranted virus. That said more focus on welcoming clients especially new ones visiting this office the first time in understanding policy and procedures. Hope this helps. Again my visit to the office was a good one, just a couple of observations while I visited. Thanks.
I love the doctor but getting in contact with them is frustrating. When I bought it to the doctors attention she responded and said “that is everyone” which isn’t true all my other doctors offices I can get in contact with them wiShow morethout having to deal with a website to make an appointment. I just don’t like not being able to speak to a person when trying to make an appointment other than that I don’t have any complaints.

Televisit with Dr. Reed felt like being in her office. Professional as always.
My appointment was canceled without me being informed when I came to the office. The doctor was still there, but she was not taking anymore patients for the rest of the day. I thought that was inconsiderate, and there was no accommodations made to me after waiting over a year and a half to be able to see Dr. Reed in person and not on a virtual visit.
Dr. Reid is very thorough. I would highly recommend her
It's a nice place
I found my results of labs went over needs to correct my issues. Hope to follow suggestion from Dr Reid.
I think Dr. Reed is a great doctor and she’s right on point with your medical needs and concerns
Dr. Reed is very accommodating physician. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. She spent a considerable amount of time to go over all my medical records, even helped me find a specialist and providers where I could go within my area. I recommend her highly,
Staff was very polite and friendly. Did not seem overwhelmed or unpleasant.
I’ve been a patient for many years, all I can say is that MS family have an excellent team. Thank you for all the support you provide to me and my family. May God continue to bless you guys.

It was an awesome delightful experience to know that someone really cares about my health and well being!
Excellent service.
Waiting for doctor was longer than usual, however I was 15 minutes late.
Very good
I love my doctor and her staff.
Informative
Great experience.
Very pleased with staff and Doctor. I have no negatives
It was a good experience. I got a lot of information about my blood work than I got elsewhere.
I’ve been a patient for many years and now that I’m much older, I definitely wouldn’t want to entrust anyone with my health but Dr Reed. Great staff as well ‼️
Kind, informative, patient and thorough
Very enlightening and helpful. A clearer understanding of the reason that necessitated the visit.
My experience with Dr. Reed in person was good, but communication with her office is very inadequate. It's not possible to get a human being on the line, callers are directed to use text, which would be fine, but text communication with the MS Family Medicine does not produce a salient reply.
Everyone is just wonderful. The saff treats you like family,
.
Excellent service.
