Michelle completed her undergraduate studies at Manhattan College in the Bronx, New York. She then went on to receive her post-graduate education at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in 1999. She pursued an extra year of specialized training at Montefiore Medical Center and spent the first 12 years of her professional career focusing on assisting physicians with general, plastic, and cardiothoracic surgeries.
She later decided to transition to outpatient care, with an emphasis on gynecologic care. Michelle was a primary care provider for many patients and provided them with annual gynecology exams, menopause treatment, prenatal care, birth control education, and genetic counseling.

Dr. Borrero is an asset to this practice!! She is nice, efficient and truly cares. Something hard to find these days.
Everything is great but I am handicapped and you need a railing to hold on to going up and down the stairs. It can be very difficult.
