I had my first visit with Dr. Michelle Feffer yesterday, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I was initially a bit intimidated by how crowded the waiting room was and expected a long wait, but as a new patient I waShow mores actually seen pretty quickly. Mrs. Feffer was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions and made me feel comfortable enough to openly share my concerns. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. Even the nurse who drew my blood was wonderful—very friendly and gentle after I mentioned that I bruise easily. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend her. I’ll be returning for future visits.

Michelle Feffer, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) at Boca General & Family Medicine in Boca Raton, Florida.
Michelle holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University and an ANCC board certification in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2010. After spending a year working with a distinguished dermatology group in Tallahassee, she discovered her passion for nursing. She then pursued an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University and began her career as a registered nurse in the emergency department at Boca Raton Regional Hospital in July 2012. While working full-time, she further advanced her education, earning a Master of Science in Adult and Geriatric Advanced Nursing Practice from Florida Atlantic University in 2017.
Since August 2017, Michelle has been serving as a primary care provider in the Boca Raton and Delray Beach areas. She has extensive experience in sub-acute rehabilitation, long-term care settings, acute tertiary care hospitals, and outpatient facilities. Her primary focus is on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Outside of her professional practice, Michelle enjoys traveling and baking. She also has a passion for singing and cherishes spending time with her friends and family.

Excellent NP - she gave me 40 minutes for my first appointment, took a thorough history, completed a thorough exam, and was kind and professional. Erin at the front desk was great, as was Jenna in the lab. The only bad thing was parking is horrendous due to construction, but that certainly doesn’t reflect on the care given once inside the office.

I can’t tell you how much I love Michelle ! Takes her time with you you never feel rushed. . Genuinely Concerned about your well-being. She’s is better than any doctor I’ve ever been to. Office is great. answers the phone & gets you in usually the same day. If you are on the portal and ask a question, you get a response the next day.
