Michelle is the one, look no further. She is very easy to talk to. She listens to everything you say she always has an answer and I wouldn’t go to anybody else.

Every appt I’ve ever taken my son to Michelle and her staff are absolutely awesome! They interact with my son and get him to engage in conversations with them as well as she’s very accommodating to his needs! I have never had a bad experience with this office, and my son loves going here!
My daughter left her most recent appt very upset due to an insensitive remark the dr made about her weight gain. I wasn't there, so I can't speak to what actually was said, but the fact that a mental health provider would say something to impair my daughter's already fragile self-esteem concerns me.

As always, my appointment with Shellie was thorough and pleasant. She had a student with her today, I had the option of the student in with us during my appointment. I said “Yes, of course” because the world needs more Shellies!!! Ever grateful to be in her continued care.

I love how im treated like a person and not just a paycheck, dr Hipsak really takes the time to care and learn about her patients and I wish all doctors were more like her. However why i only give 4 stars is due to the new receptionist, she hung up on me, didn't call me back to make sure I was getting on Zoom ok or when to get on, was very short and kind of rude. I miss the old receptionist
