The care I've been receiving with Dr. Traya at Hope and Healing Psychiatry has been wonderful. Minerva Traya is not only very knowledgeable in psychiatric mental health care, but is also extremely compassionate and understanding. She listens with intent and works closely with those who seek services to ensure her clients are being heard and that their concerns are addressed and validated. You can tell immediately that she’s passionate about what she does and how her clients well-being is of utmost importance.
The receptionist is the reason why I stopped going to continue my appointments. He was very unprofessional and rude. Other than that the doctor and the other staff members where always very nice and professional. The doctor is the best and I have nothing but respect towards her.
She takes time to listen to you and your story. She is understanding, patient and encouraging. I feel comfortable with her and she has a calming demeanor.
