I did a whole lot of research and found the office. My experience, with both the doctor and the front office staff, was great. From the quality of care perspective, the doctor was friendly and patient. She was also very informativShow moree and took her time to really listen, as well as throughly explained all my questions and concerns. She gave me a detailed diagnosis, which I appreciate, and did not rush through the two appointments that I had with her. The office staff was friendly and helpful. They really took time to talk to me when I had questions and fears. Furthermore, they were also very responsive in returning my phone call to answer insurance questions. Lastly, I find that being able to book appointments so quickly online is a great convenience, especially if one really needs to see the doctor. I also find their use of electronic health records and patient portal to be extremely helpful. It gives me direct access to the history of my diagnosis and test results at any time.
The Dr. T is very thorough and attentive to details. She listens and explains carefully. She also truly cares about her patients. My only problem was with the wait time. I’ve been there 2 times already and both the times I had tShow moreo wait more than an hour. Having to schedule my appointment time around office hours and then having to wait for an hour or more is not good. So, I hope they work on this issue and I see other patients getting frustrated with that as well. Other than that, I like the doctor, the people working at the front desk and all. Because of that I keep going back. But wait time is something I really hope they’ll do better. Maybe try not to schedule appointments back to back.

Dr. Tjahjana is great! She cares about her patients. She’s very compassionate and understanding, and most thorough physicians I have seen. They do an EKG for every annual checkup. Dr. Tjahjana always takes her time to explain things to me. The lady who does bloodwork was super gentle and experienced, when she noticed my daughter was afraid of needles she not only comforted her but also changed to a small needle to accommodate her. Everyone on the team is super nice!

Dr. Tjahjana is one of the best doctors in Internal Medicine, Diabetes, Arthritis and other problems. I moved to Florida and still cannot find a doctor like her. She cares about her patients which is what we look for. Patients in Virginia are like to have her as her Primary Doctor.

I have never had a doctor listen to me like Dr. Tjahjana. She spent so much time looking in to every aspect of my health concerns and immediately addressing some of my issues. Her staff is very professional and friendly. And I felt like I had a physician who finally listened to my concerns and did not just say "these things happen as you age." I love this doctor. I recently had an emergency situation arise and could not get into the office. We did a teleconference, she sent me an admission request to take to the ER, which facilitated my ability to get a gurney upon arrival at the hospital. What a blessing that was. This doctor is going to help a lot of people during her carreer.
