Misty Lohn, FNP-C

Misty Lohn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the proud owner of Patient Care Partners, where she combines medical expertise with a passion for helping patients feel confident and empowered in their healthcare. A graduate of Gonzaga University, Misty has built her career on a foundation of compassion, integrity, and dedication to patient-centered care. Known in her community as both nurturing and driven, Misty excels in care coordination, patient engagement, and fostering inclusivity in every aspect of her practice. Her leadership and commitment to excellence were recognized in 2014 when she was named on of Provider Magazine’s The 20 “To Watch in Industry.” Beyond her clinical work, Misty is deeply involved in community service. She has served on the Beaverton Committee on Aging and as Vice Chair of the Oregon Nursing Home Administrators Board from 2012 to 2018.
