Very good Staff there; I always feel like there number one patient. I do like how the doctor on duty always asks at the end of the appointment if I have any more questions or concerns. Also it really helps me to make an appointmeShow morent in advance; I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Very different from the places I've been, having to wait even up to two hours even with a set appointment- no way!, not at this place : )
I took my family here for rapid covid testing and it was such a seamless process. We signed all our consents electronically, paid virtually, got swabbed in our own vehicles and received results in about 10mins. We were blessed to Show moreget an appointment the same day before closing. Total visit for 3 guests was less than 30mins! I can’t speak highly enough of JM Family Wellness Center and all the awesome staff. Thanks for taking great care of my family! God bless you all!

Prompt, courteous, and professional.
Office is clean and convenient. Staff is courteous and attentive. I have been very pleased with the care I have received and how quickly I have been able to get in and get taken care of. I highly recommend this team!
Today I went in for my first visit. I was very happy with the care I received, the Dr. listened to me and was VERY thorough.(I loved that the most about today's experience!) We went over all of my health concerns. She answered all of my questions, did a wellness evaluation on me, and gave me good advice. I'm excited about my future care with JM Family Wellness Center!

The staff here is amazing!!!! They really care and go out of their way to help you, and take care of any situation that brought you into their office. I love all the staff, and highly recommend them to anyone. If they can’t help you, they always have other options, and referrals.
I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. The provider was kind, listened to our concerns and did not rush us at all. We waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting. We will be back for sure.
