This was my first visit with Dr. Hernandez, and everything went very well. She listened intently and asked relevant questions about my lengthy medical history. I was brought into the examining room promptly after arriving by SteShow morephanie. Without sounding too much like "love at first sight"; it was a very nice first visit. Especially since I found out that Dr. Hernandez is a nephrologist, so now I can see her about my kidney issues also. One less doctor's office visit for me, Hooray!!! Looking forward to my next visit. Always a pleasure and the gang is always on their game. V took me in within minutes of my arrival with a big smile and a "how have you been?" Love her. Dr. Barron followed with some of the best bed side manors you could ask forShow more. Asked me lots of questions asking about my health, dental, skin doc, eye doc etc. Asked if I had any concerns or things he should know and then we proceeded with our yearly checkup. Mitchell B. Cohen, MD, FACC, has been triple board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and electrophysiology. A founding member and the former CEO of Pinnacle Healthcare System, he serves patients at the practice’s office in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
Dr. Cohen received his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Upon graduating, he completed his medical internship, residency, and cardiology fellowship at North Shore University Hospital-Cornell University and Memorial Sloan Kettering Center in New York. Dr. Cohen then went on to complete his electrophysiology fellowship at the Jackson Memorial Hospital University of Miami in Florida.
