The whole staff is professional. It's a one stop shop! Dr. Kandt is a great pain mgmt doctor and Dr. Lewis is one of the best orthopedic doctors in the state as far as I am concerned. He listens to his patients and he genuinely seShow moreems to care. He provides alternatives and works with you to pick the best one for you. He did elbow tenotomies on both my elbows and they are remarkable! After 14 years of chronic pain - the pain is finally gone. Now I am seeing him for knee replacement surgery and I trust him entirely. His PA is awesome, his surgical scheduler is on top of her game. I am so happy my Primary care doctor sent me there a few years ago. The only downside is that there can sometimes be a long wait but I think that goes with the territory of a good team of medical professionals!
Really like how doctor Lewis didn't just go off of the radiology report he actually views the MRI informs his own opinion because he can physically see what's wrong. Doctor Lewis does the surgery, so he knows shoulders better thaShow moren a radiologist does who only reads a visual xray or mri, they've never been inside a shoulder so I don't think they're knowledgeable enough to know what's really wrong because they don't do these surgeries! I trust Dr. Lewis with my life And I would recommend everyone to go to him I will never see a different orthopedic surgeon ever again.

Dr. Neral earned his B.S.E in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh and went on to complete the rigorous orthopedic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society. He was then selected for the prestigious University of Michigan Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery Fellowship where he had the privilege to serve as a team physician for the University of Michigan football and hockey teams as well as care for NCAA, NFL, and NHL athletes.
Dr. Neral specializes in the treatment of all shoulder, hip, and knee conditions. He utilizes the most cutting-edge technologies for an easier recovery and the best outcome for his patients. Dr. Neral is known for his care of complex shoulder conditions including rotator cuff tear, shoulder impingement, labral tear, and shoulder arthritis. He performs minimally-invasive hip arthroscopy for treatment of labral tears and hip impingement. Dr. Neral specializes in custom, patient-specific total joint replacement for the shoulder, hip, and knee including the reverse total shoulder replacement. His practice also treats all sports injuries including ACL and meniscus tears.

I should of never had to wait an 1.5 hrs to see the dr. When all I really needed was a phone conversation
Dr. Lewis did knee surgery on my knee 3 yrs ago and was so pleased with him and his team, I referred my daughter to him and came back as am having new issues now.
Took xrays and described them. Told me the condition of my knees but never talked about what I came in for Left me waiting in room over an hour and then said I could leave. I waited for no reason. They left the room and closed the door. I was just going to leave but they closed the door so I waited until they came around to check on the room.
